I'm Moving!
Check Out TextSavvy.org.
Hello, Subscribers!
First off, I want to sincerely thank you for subscribing to Text Savvy. This year marks my 20th year of blogging about instruction, research, and technology centered on K-12 education—first at Blogspot, then WordPress, then Substack—and I've always been amazed, every year, that super intelligent and dedicated people like yourselves even exist and are willing to read what I write.
I'm writing now to let you know that I'm moving again, over to textsavvy.org (SquareSpace). At the moment, I'm in the process of transferring my posts here over to the new site, which should tell you that not much is changing with regard to format. I'll still be blogging and sending out a newsletter for every new post, but the new site will give me some more flexibility to experiment with other kinds of projects as well (like real and AI audio of my voice for starters, which you can hear at the top of this post).
You can visit that link above, scroll to the bottom, and sign up again for my newsletter, and of course I'd be thrilled if you did! Over the coming weeks, I'll be busy transferring content, getting the site shipshape, and writing some new pieces. After that, I have plans—or maybe just concepts of plans—but I'll let you know.
Thank you again for being a subscriber!
